I am 70 years old and a very active skier and spend time in the outdoors. Over time, my body has had considerable wear and tear. I have tried multiple types of treatments. Ann approached my body mechanics totally different than anyone that I have come across. She is so much more than a traditional chiropractor. He unique techniques that she has developed have been game changing for me as well as my wife. She has totally improved my mobility, flexibility and reduced simple pains in everyday life. Bigfoot Wellness has become my go-to for both preventative care and treatment of acute conditions. They meet so many of my bodywork needs—acupuncture, massage, supported me through knee pain and also a concussion. The practitioners are skilled, thoughtful, and truly committed to healing. I've worked mostly with Ann who does amazing and skilled work. I would recommend her to anyone that has not yet found solution to an ongoing ailment in the body.

I have had Ann help me with several issues over the years. Some that had been bothering me for years and other more acute issues. Each time it took just a few visits or less to work through. She knows what she is doing and her goal always seems to be to get you back in action as quickly as possible. I have recommended her to many people, will not use anyone else, and highly recommend her to anyone considering her services and wanting to get back to feeling and/or performing their best.

All the practitioner we have seen here have been amazing in their own strengths. Madisynne has seen Anne for years and she has been one of the few practitioners that has remained curious and always working to improve her craft. She has honed it to be a massive help to almost anyone she sees. Amanda’s massage therapy is definitely a next level addition with lymphatic drainage work and being well versed in body work. She tries to help your body get better and not make it a temporary relief.

Ann helped a lot with my back and neck issues. I have some lingering issues in my tailbone but right up front she told me that might not be an area she would be able to help and was nice enough to refer me to someone that deals specifically with that area. She is very kind and extremely informative about the body. I would recommend her for sure.
