Big Y Pharmacy and Wellness Center

I don’t usually do reviews but I have to today. My Dtr wasn’t able to get her prescription because there wasn’t a pre authorization and she needed it today. I called the pharmacist and he told me that, I then called the on call Dr who happened to be my Dtr’s Dr and she said she ordered it and didn’t get any flags of no pre authorization. I called the pharmacist back and he said it didn’t go through on his end but it sometimes can take a day and they didn’t have the drug there either. He said he would call the insurance company and see what he could learn from them. He was the only one working there at this time. The pharmacy closed at 2pm and this was at 1pm. When I called him back he hadn’t had a chance to call and took my phone number to call me back when he had any information. In the m

Best service around. Liz is awesome, when Big Y advertises that it's family owned she gives you the feeling of family. I've tried using other pharmacies in the area, only because they are open later and I have come back every time. All the staff is great, thank you.

Excellent. They carry a generic that saves me a tidy amount every month. The local stand alone pharmacy doesn't have it. They also took the initiative to apply a savings card. They're very friendly too. Worth the trip.

Very great service went there to pick up prescriptions I would recommend them before I would recommend CVS or Walgreens CVS and Walgreens cannot provide certain medication’s , big Y can big Y is a better pharmacy than CVS and Walgreens any day

Great people behind the counter. Service is excellent and the pharmacist is always available for questions.
