Big Smiles Pediatric Dentistry

My son has been going to Big Smiles for about a year and he absolutely adored Dr. Hanna. After Dr. Hanna left, I wasn’t sure if he would ever feel comfortable enough to let another dentist look at his teeth. But Dr. Caroline and her amazing assistant, Jacie, exceeded every expectation. They were incredibly patient, gentle, and understanding, and they earned his trust — enough for him to get a full cleaning and dental X-rays! Thank you, Big Smiles, for creating such a positive and comforting experience for my child. We’re truly grateful and already looking forward to seeing Dr. Caroline and Jacie again in six months!

Ive been talking my child here for about 3 years. Absolutely love this office. The design is amazing and kid friendly. My son is autistic and the support and patience we get from the entire staff is such a relief! Also my son really looks forward to the special prize dispenser!

The amount of professionalism and care this place has honestly has no words. I will always take the drive to come here! I love how attention to detail it is for the kids to feel less scared and include them in the process when it comes to what they will do to them during their appointment. Will forever recommend this place!

I took my toddler ~21 months old for her first dentist visit. She loved the wait area, decorations and toys to entertain her while we waited. Everyone working there was friendly and knowledgeable. When we went in to get her checked they put on her favorite show to help keep her calm and even sang to her. She was calm for everything (but the fluoride). I was expecting her to be much more nervous and temperamental but everything the dentist and her assistant did helped leaps! They even gave me tips for flossing her at home since she still fights me every time she sees floss. We are looking forward to our next check up :)
