I’ve dealt with LTC facilities all my life, both sides family members residing and working. Next to West Wing in DeWitt,, this is next in line. I like the fact there’s no odors, residents pushed and sat next to the walls, activities everyday, so far all of the staff have been very kind and accommodating to make things easier for my mom.
They do not have enough staff to care for all of the residents...they do not take the time to greet anyone and rarely could they answer questions about anything. Would not recommend to anyone.
Absolutely hate it. Rude staff. Person that answered the phone was very unprofessional and when I got a fax response back from them, it said "get real". Highly unprofessional!!!
Horrible company, horrible staff, they lie to your face. No respect for their staff they should shutdown.
