Concerns: - Ambulance chasing without a referral from primary care provider -Possible HIPAA violation - Poor Policy: Dr Sara Smith McGuire explained she has a long standing policy, no phone calls. Communication D minus. - Dr Smith McGuire scheduled the wrong surgery because of her refusal to communicate with a patient - possible contempt for her own patients - gaslighting A+
We haven't even had surgery yet and I am highly disappointed. Rude staff. 0 communication. Sorry that as a paying customer that I need the time of surgery. Next time we will pick somewhere else that actually cares about the patient. 🙄
