Big Horn Basin Hearing

While visiting the area I had a problem with one of my hearing aids. Dr. Asay saw me immediately and treated me as if I was one of his long time patients. He solved my problem in a satisfactory manner and earned an A+ rating from me!

The care I receive is exceptional. Dr. Asay is amazing. I will never regret being referred for hearing aids in his care.

My son had speech therapy with Miss Brittany. We love her. She did a wonderful job helping him in an age appropriate way while avoiding any feelings of shame or inadequacy. She helped my son understand stuttering techniques and helped him implement them in his daily life. She never rushed him and is one of the most kind and patient people I’ve ever met. I will always recommend her!

We are on vacation in Wyoming from Pennsylvania. My right hearing aid stopped working. We stopped at Big Horn Basin Audio and Speech. Brittany gave us a friendly welcome and took my aids and cleaned them. They replaced the filters and Levi handed them to me. They were very kind and gracious.

I was having some problems with my hearing aides that I purchased in Billings. I stopped by Big Horn Hearing hoping they could save me a trip back to Billings. They spent a goodly amount of time and effort, but in the end couldn’t without replacing parts. Since the hearing aides were still under warranty we decided a trip to Billings was where go. I’d say that if you need hearing aids along with really good and conscientious customer service, this is the place to go.
