Gabriel, where have you been all my life! I can't say enough good things about Garbriel. I felt like I was in truly capable hands with him. He took the time to understand my injuries (lifetime of tennis) and goals for recovery. He tailored my needs and explained each therapy. He has genuine care and encouragement. I have been several sessions and feel much stronger even after the first session. He has also given me exercises at home that I didn't know about all these years. Gabe is really more than just a PT - he is a spinal alignment & mobility coach. I've been seeing Gabe for a few years now, he's helped me work back from a number of Spinal and nerve related Ski and Mountain Biking Injuries. When I had a concussion, Gabe mobilized the Fascia around my cranium/skull to loosen nerve endings and help me get back to normal brain function. I felt immediate head relief as I left Gabe's office and could not have gotten back to 100% without that treatment. Gabe not only is an absolute pro at mobilizing your joints, his ability to recognize a pattern and diagnose an imbalance is second to none. Gabe is an amazing physical therapist!! I am a 16 year old dancer. I dance many hours a week, and have participated in local and national competitions. When I have been injured, or am in pain from overuse, Gabe has been there for me. Gabe could always figure out what I did to cause my issue and how to fix it. Because he is a dancer, Gabe was also able to help me in ways that no other therapist has been able to do - he knows dance so well that he could help me figure out how to adjust the way I was doing certain dance moves to avoid re-injuring myself. He understands exactly what parts of the body should be used for certain moves, and helped me understand that, so I could improve the safety and quality of my dancing for the future. Gabe is AMAZING! He has helped me heal a multitude of injuries while keeping me dancing through them all. He has a great knowledge and understanding of my needs as a dancer and was able help me recover without sacrificing my training.
