Takes a +week to get prescriptions filled. They love to say delivery in 48 hrs. But it takes a week for them to even bill the right insurance. Staff takes zero accountability, they are rude and condescending. They trip over their own lies and are quick to blame everyone else to cover for their own incompetence. This place gives small businesses a bad name. I tried to give them multiple opportunities but it's worse each month. COULDN'T PAY ME TO GO BACK. They "couldn't" (wouldn't) even transfer the prescriptions correctly. Anything they can get wrong, they will!

Horrible customer service! If I could give this pharmacy zero stars I would have done that. My husband and I called like 10 times to be placed on hold each time, without even letting you say a word. After 10 minutes of holding each time, calls were disconnected. When we finally were able to get a hold of someone, the customer service was rude, too bad my husband did not ask for her name. She talked to him like she was angry and do not even let him talk. Please find another job if you do not like what you do, I do not think you are working there for free. Please provide training to your employee because her role is in “customer service”. I hope not all of the employees behave this way

Incredibly unprofessional. Called ahead three times to ensure that they’d be able to accommodate my situation and made my way to the physical location only for them to tell me they could not. I really wanted to move away from big box pharmacies like Walgreens and CVS, but unprofessional service like this really makes it difficult.

Great community pharmacy! Real asset to the neighborhood. Helped me access affordable medications when I was without insurance so I have stuck with them even when I have insurance. Most helpful pharmacist I have ever meet. Limited hours so call to be sure the are open.
