Bidwell Pharmacy & Med Supply

Do NOT use this pharmacy, especially if you're dealing with two controlled substances. I have a schedule 2 and Schedule 4 of the same type of medication(medically justified) and legally justified.Pharmacist(Barnaby) refuses to fill them a week apart. I have to wait an entire month for the next. If you don't agree with Barnaby, he will yell at you and take everything personal. I know he can fill the medication but he refuses. Another problem I have is they rarely have my medication filled on time, and they don't call me if a medication is out of stock. I ALWAYS have to call and remind them to fill something. Barnaby is so paranoid about the pharmacy medical board that he will not even fill legitimate prescriptions. Ridiculous.

I have a son with disabilities and many prescriptions myself, so when it comes to finding a pharmacy that I like, it has been an issue until I started getting my prescriptions filled at Bidwell pharmacy. I highly recommend this pharmacy to friends and family because there you are treated with respect and kindness. The staff have always gone above and beyond for me and my family members. This is the best pharmacy in Chico when it comes to customer service and wait time.

I just transferred all my prescriptions from a popular national chain to Bidwell Pharmacy. I was fed up with their poor level of service. The staff at Bidwell Pharmacy, treated me like an old friend. I must give a special thank you to Sarah. She actually called me to help me transfer the scripts. I haven't been treated so well in a very long time. Thank you Bidwell pharmacy and thank you Sarah!!! I would give this review six stars if I could.

I love coming here, even if it is only once a month. 😁 The staff and owner remember us more often than not and the service is quick, warm, and professional. Wouldn't go anywhere else unless insurance forced us.. 😅

Appreciate the delivery service very much. Best employee on staff 100% is Jacob, so kind, helpful goes above and beyond! The pharmacist is a real mean jerk who "lost" a very urgent prescription. Thank God for Jacob, he not only found it, filled it, but is working after hours (overtime) too deliver it too me Friday evening after Thanksgiving so I don't go into seizures! What a good person Hope people read how amazing this guy is ! Deserves some praise & good karma
