He really listens, takes your concerns seriously, and never rushes you. Instead of brushing things off, he helps you brainstorm and problem-solve together — which is so rare and refreshing. Dr. Bob is great doctor. 1 star is for their ear piercing service. I am extremely disappointed with the ear piercing service. We were informed that a nurse from Rowen would perform the piercing and the receptionist will be helping her. However, the receptionist actually performed the procedure. To make matters worse, she didn't mark the spot before piecing. She asked us to mark the spot but as we were not sure we asked for guidance to mark it. Then she just mentioned “this is how I'm going to do it.” I thought she was demonstrating the process. Unfortunately, she proceeded with the piercing, resulting in one ear being pierced noticeably lower than expected, closer to the cheek. I am concerned about the professionalism and lack of care shown during the service, and I am extremely disappoint

Dr bob is amazing and super knowledgeable!! He takes he’s time explaining everything which we truly appreciated, whenever I have a question or concern I send him a message on the portal and he is quick to respond, it is very reassuring knowing we can always talk to him directly about any issues that arise. Thank you doc and team for taking such great care of our little humans !!
