Absolutely unacceptable lack of service from Dr. Atwaters office. We had a new patient appointment set up 3 months ago and the day before my appointment I'm told that Dr. Atwater is not accepting new patients?? Why did they have me set up an appointment and do a transfer with my current Dr then? Disgustingly unprofessional and inexscusable. No one should be treated this way and we will escalate this.

Beyond Brilliant Doctor and can’t even put into words about our experiences with her but she is a Excellent doctor and person. Very compassionate and caring to all her patients. At our last visit I raved about her office manager La’Keisa C. Harris that got is in to see her after a long bridal because of the pandemic. Her actions and professionalism was above and beyond extraordinary with top notch customer service to my son the patient and myself, and that means so much at these times. I will be writing a letter about her but I wanted to leave this on the website. Thank you so much!!!!🙌🏾🙏🏾💯

dr. Roberts-atwater and her staff helped me during my stroke rehabilitation for at least 15 years. They are all skilled and knowledgeable professionals. I can’t praise them enough.

Dr Atwater took me on as patient for my pump fill (moved to area). She and Annette are rock stars that moved heaven and earth to see me. Very professional
