I originally visited this clinic after receiving a message about preventive care services for my pet. That was all I was expecting. However, during the visit, they performed a blood test without clearly explaining the reason or getting proper consent. I felt uncomfortable and confused, and ended up deciding not to go through with the additional procedure they suggested. Despite paying for the bloodwork, I never received the test results. When I followed up later, they admitted there was a miscommunication but instead of offering a proper resolution or refund, they offered a basic follow-up service, as if that would make up for the unnecessary test and cost. I understand that mistakes happen, but the way they handled it felt dismissive. I came in for a simple preventive check-up and left

It's clean, and the veterinarians and staff are friendly. If you ask any questions you have via message before your visit, they will answer your questions well. They don't force you to take medicine, but instead tell you about online sites where you can buy it cheaper. Like other places, advance reservations are required.

I love this place. Dr. Woo is so familiar with our family that when I bring in one pet, she asks about the other. She is honest and straight forwarded, and always asks about insurance! Luz and Nichole are so wonderful and lovely. The whole Admin team should get a shout out because I always have the info, they always check in, and they always follow up. I have had pets my whole life and this is my favorite vet I have ever been to.
