This was our first visit and this team was lovely. From the front desk, Ms Candy, to the hygienist(im so sorry I don't want to botch your names) and Dr. Shauna all members practiced so much compassion, kindness, and patience. My LOs had a stress-free visit and enjoyed going to the dentist. As a parent, im happy to find a practice i can trust and feel at ease with. We're looking forward to coming back in a few weeks and then in a few months for bi-annual check-ups. -This is a team who makes us want to use our dental insurance. Thanks so much!

Not a tear in the joint. Phenomenal experience. Everyone there was so patient and personally attentive. It made for a smooth and gentle first dental appointment. Big appreciation to the whole team. I am writing to express my disappointment with the way my son was treated today. My son is a patient at your clinic. He has already undergone treatment, and on the day of the procedure, when he was coming out of anesthesia, he experienced a moment of agitation. This is normal and can happen. I am not familiar with the technical name for this reaction, but it is something that can occur in both neurotypical and neurodivergent children. My son is autistic, and this information was communicated from the very first time we visited your clinic. Are you not aware that neurodivergent children may display disruptive behaviors due to difficulties with emotional regulation? It seems that this knowledge is irrelevant to you. Literally THE BEST! Everything and everyone are tailored to making a potentially stressful experience calm and enjoyable. The entire staff is patient with kids beyond expectations, the setting is family friendly and they have so many tricks up their sleeve to calm the most scared of kids. Highly recommend!

If you asked me to rate the team out of 10 baby I am rating them 20!!!! My daughter has autism spectrum disorder so dental visits are not pleasant. I mean they are awful at the old place. We used to go to. I would have to sit on the chair hold her down. It’s screaming kicking hair pulling biting the whole nine it would be awful so I said this isn’t the dentist for us and I started looking for another dentist.
