I'm glad they're closing her clinic. I'm sure she'll go on to practice elsewhere, but unless you're going for routine check ups and easy stuff like constipation, you're wasting your time. She treats mental health like it's not something that she needs to address. My daughter (her established patient) was suicidal when we reached out for help. She gave zero resources and wanted to wait 3 weeks to see her. We requested my daughters records and filed a complaint. Found help elsewhere. Harmon was absolutely useless when it came to anything serious.

My children have come here since 2015. The staff has always been so nice and understanding. We feel like our voices and needs are being heard and met every visit we have. We appreciate their smiles and laughter as well as the care we get.

We switched to Dr. Harmon/Moore Pediatrics a little over a year ago when our previous pediatrician retired. We have been so happy with our care. We have seen Dr. Harmon, Dr. Beard and Laura and we love them all. They are all very thorough, spends time asking questions, you never feel rushed or unheard. All of the nurses are so sweet and friendly and the front desk ladies are kind and go out of their way to get you in quickly. We are so happy to have our boys under their care.

We liked the Dr./staff but every time we have an appointment we are waiting 40+ min for routine care/shots. If I have an appointment you should be in the room within 20 minutes. I am switching because this is the 3rd time in a row we can’t be seen within a reasonable time. Time management needs to be worked on at this place by the Dr.

Dr. Harmon is fantastic! We feel so fortunate to have her take care of our kids and completely trust her! They were very quick to schedule us, and Dr. Harmon took extra time out of her day to discuss treatment and address all of my questions and concerns! She is a very thorough doctor. We love Dr. Harmon and Laura Shao. They make a great team!
