I'm having an issue with the new devices. The bluetooth communicates with the Companion App, but does not communicate with any other apps and any other devices, even though they appear to be paired. Even though the devices seem to be working well for most activities, there is an artifact related to Latency or hardware. There is a tremolo type effect to continuous sounds like music. While the artifact isn't an important thing normally, it does make tuning my string instruments to pitch. That requires that I hear subtle harmonics and the beats created by the string. This is undesirable, and I could take the devices off or shut them down via the App to skip the problem. If there is a fix for this I'd like to know. I would like to bring them in on a Wednesday for assistance. JCC
