Better Hearing Center

I tried the best brand of over the counter hearing aids but the support was worthless. BUT THEN I FOUND Better Hearing and started working with Lonnie. SHE’S BEEN GREAT! With hearing aids, the follow up support is half the game. I’ve received all the support I could ask for.

I chose this hearing aid specialist because of the high ratings. I need to offer a cautionary tale. I brought my 96 year old dad in and worked with the doctor to get great hearing aids for my him. The product provided was problematic from the start, and the worst part is Better Hearing Center could not understand that my father needed family support in making decisions and helping him understand how the hearing aids worked. I could not get them to call me and get me involved in his follow up appointments. Follow up appointments were just with my dad, and consequently there was no one to help him understand the use of the hearing aids. Then there was the fit. They were too loose from day one and within 60 days he lost the hearing aids and now we have nothing! I called to complain bu

I was looking for an audiologist as the wait time through my health plan was 4-5 months. I was pleased to get an appointment within a couple of weeks. The staff were friendly, and the exam was thorough. I would go there again.

Staff is knowledgeable and professional, communication is clear. Providers are deeply competent and compassionate. Even the parking is good! What more could you want?!

I loved this place a lot. Every staff was kindly and worked efficiently. Most of all Lonnie(hearing specialist) who were help my dad's hearing aid, she was great!!
