Very professional and my options were explained to me clearly. I appreciated their expertise in picking my next set of hearing aids. The technology changes so quickly, I needed up to date expert advice and I received it.
Got a same day repair of my hearing aid - third location in SF I went to - others not able to help. Terrific staff all around. Nice location and fair price. Highly recommend.
Dr. Shui-Lan Lee was very thorough. She found rubber pieces from my hearing aids in each of my ears that my previous Dr. never saw. Excellent work
Alex was able to take care of the problem with my hearing aid (Wydex SmartRIC 440). He was nice and very helpful, knowledgeable.
Took my mother here and we were both so impressed by the service and Dr. Lee's knowledgeable professionalism. She took the time to thoroughly test the and explain the device even downloading and walking us through the mobile app. Highly recommend.
