Bethesda Hospital East Outpatient

I have contacted to make the payment of my invoice and I have not been able to complete the process because no one can assist me in Spanish. I am concerned about this situation, since I am trying to fulfill my payment responsibility and I am not receiving the necessary help. I ask you to please indicate an alternative to be able to make the payment or to provide me with attention in Spanish. It is important to have options accessible to all customers.

Generally lazy and disengaged nursing staff. One good female nurse short woman with reddish hair working Sunday night on the third floor. Lori Ann on floor 3 and Kelly in ER were also good. The rest were on their phones, lacked effort and empathy. Would respond that it’s not their patient when asked for help. Facilities are not good. Go to Boca.

I bring my husband for shoulder deslocalización in ambulance 🚑 take 2 hours to put in back and sedate him for the procedure the doctor tried to fixed him without the sedation hurting him more and I can see the dr chatting, eating and my husband was in very bad pain no empathy for him. Before the long wait in pain every one was ready in the room for the procedure and they have to go look for the dr 20 min later he showed up really my husband is sweeting of pain, every one is ready and he has on his own world care less

I want to express my appreciation for the exceptional care and dedication demonstrated by the staff at the Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) during my procedure in April 2025. I would like to acknowledge the entire team, commencing with the young woman who greeted me during check-in and processed my payment, all the way through the process to the nurse who assisted with my recovery and discharge. Each member of my medical team exemplified professionalism, knowledge, friendliness, kindness, and a good sense of humor. Their commitment to patient well-being is commendable. Their professionalism, compassion, and expertise significantly impact the lives of patients like myself. Their tireless work is not unnoticed and has left a lasting impression. Bravo to the entire ASC staff!!!

This is a great Hospital, they really care about the patients health. They helped me recover from an inner ear infection, after coming in late at night in tears the entire staff was knowledgeable and helpful, the nurses provided great around the clock care, the food was amazing for a hospital and they kindness and care really helped obtain a speedy recovery. I stayed 3 days then was released with through instructions and they even followed up. I would recommend this hospital to anybody in need. I also heard they have a great labor and delivery center.
