I am extremely disappointed with the lack of care, urgency, and follow through from this office My dog was prescribed pain medication, and shortly after starting it, he began experiencing gagging and gastric distress. I repeatedly called this office seeking guidance on whether the medication should be continued. Each time, I was told “a tech will call you back” no one did. I did not receive callbacks until the following day, despite this being an active medical concern. When I finally did speak with a vet tech, I was advised to continue the medication as long as my dog hadn’t gagged in the previous 24 hours despite my ongoing concerns. I trusted that advice. I highly recommend Bethany Veterinary Hospital to anyone with a fur baby and/or fur babies. It is such a welcoming atmosphere, with compassionate Staff ❤️. I brought my English Bulldog son, DIESEL, in for a new patient exam today. We met with CVT, Elle as well as Dr. Petrario, who is also a Bulldog owner herself 🥰. Dr. Petrario was extremely down to Earth and conducted a thorough assessment on my beefy son. She took her time in meeting with us, was very knowledgeable and answered any questions I had throughout the appointment. Overall, it was a positive experience. Thank you so much!

My family and I have been patients of Dr. Jackson and the gang for the better part of 7 years. The staff is wonderful, the facilities are immaculate and you never feel pressured for unnecessary tests or costs.
