Bethany Pointe Health Campus

My dad was recently admitted to Bethany Pointe and my family wanted to come here to celebrate Ashley from Admissions. Long story medium, my dad has been fighting his way back to wellness and we were seeking a facility that would cater to his love for food, cleanliness, charismatic people and fitness. We were connected with Ashley when looking at the facility. As we visited and weighed our options her patience and thoroughness were on display. Her follow through was on point and she connected us with the needed people in order to get specifics for some of our questions. Ashley’s attentiveness has us excited about what’s to come for dad. We are hopeful that our interactions with those directly caring for dad will follow suit. (We will back with an overall update once dad settles in).

I would absolutely recommend Bethany Pointe Health Campus to anybody. My mother loved it there it was hard to pick a nursing home for her to have her rehab to home. Once she got in there she absolutely love this place we love the people from the nurses to the AIDS to the housekeepers to the cooks servers everybody was amazing. They took such good care of our mother and they treated her just like family they took very good care of us because unfortunately my mother had cancer she had a stroke when unconscious they still were amazing not only to my mother but to our family. The staff brought down a big cart filled with drinks coffee water snacks for our family they continue to check on my mother we have staff that came in on their day off to check on her I 100% would recommend this place to

My Mom broke her hip, and had to go to Bethany Point for inpatient therapy. She had excellent care, from the aids to the nurse practitioner. She had therapy 5 times a week. The therapist were very good. She had a very nice big clean room. House keeping came in every day to clean and vacuum her room. The food was very good, she had 3 great means a day, she was able to pick her meals. They always had snacks she could get, fountain drinks when she wanted.All the nurses, and the aids were very good, and very knowledgeable. If we had a question they would have an answer or find the answer for us. We would recommend Bethany Point to anyone, family or friends.

We recently placed my almost 99 year old mother at Bethany Point for rehab and elder care. We could not be more pleased with the care and help we have received. The campus is not only lovely, the staff and administrators have been most helpful and kind! We would 100% recommend this facility to anyone needing care for their loved one!

Bethany Point offers a variety of levels of care. We have only been there for the rehab but the staff is very helpful and kind. They have a very open door policy to allow us to come and go. They also have so many different activities there is always something for the residents to participate in. We had a few concerns with our loved one and they went above and beyond to help us find solutions that works for all of us. They even allowed us to have her 90th birthday party in one of the dinning rooms as well as we had our family Christmas dinner there. I know staffing changes and can make all the difference but I will forever recommend people to go in and check them out.
