Cody Myrick has been nothing short of a blessing. He has supported me through a tough health journey while also helping me get to the root of my unique condition. It has not been an easy road but it has been a smoother one under his care and guidance. He is extremely knowledgeable in his field and does what is in the best interest of his patients. Words can not express the gratitude i have for his continued care and compassion.

Horrible horrible service. The appt was set. went in and they said even with ins I was going to have to pay 250. I canceled since that didn’t seem right. Then they billed me for $25 for canceling the appt. This place is a scammy! I wouldn’t trust them with my health at all. The ladies at the billing are like the doctors office didn’t say that when u went in… it’s like if I called in and did t show up maybe I’m lying, but I was there at 9 am on a Saturday, and didn’t go to my appt since they said I had to pay $250. They lack the basic customer service skills that are required for a job in the fryer team at McDonald’s. 0 morals, 0 ethics. For a medical facility acting like this is concerning! Issue 1: false billing. Every time I went in for visits, I was charged for services I did not receive. I paid double more than once, and I found out recently they are being sued for false billing. Issue 2: Obtaining Medications. First doctor couldn't be bothered to remember to put in my refills. Second doctor couldn't be bothered to fill out paperwork with updated information for CVS and as a result was banned from sending prescriptions to them. I haven't had access to my medications in months. I have taken my business to Novant as they are professional and more trustworthy. I would encourage everyone to stay away from all Bethany Medical locations as the company is a low quality scam.

The doctors and the staff are always friendly and helpful especially Dr. Gainor and Dr. Burns. Thank you for all you do! The check-in girl is nice and calming every night I go in and the nurse is so caring and always helps me to the door.

I’ve had an awful experience, Lauren didn’t even care to know me really and I think she has some issues herself they started saying I was discharged I made an appointment online and I’ve got my adhd meds there for almost two years when I finally told her how I felt . They called my neurologist to see if I was lying and it just straight up wasn’t good, but hey some people kiss hindend and was perfect I guess. It doesn’t sound right to me the way they treat people but hey there’s 1500 other doctors 😳😳
