Bethany Medical at North Wilkesboro

WARNING!! Do not go to this clinic! This practice went downhill fast after several doctors left without any notice to patients. After being reassigned, I consistently felt rushed, ignored, and dismissed. Concerns were not taken seriously, and appointments felt purely transactional. I also noticed discrepancies between what actually occurred during visits and what later appeared in my records, which completely destroyed my trust. Even after canceling all future appointments and asking not to be contacted, the clinic continued calling me repeatedly until I demanded they stop. I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel obligated to warn others. If you want competent, respectful care and clear communication, look elsewhere.

I had gone to this place for little over year thought that I had found a good place to help me until 5 days ago I had a bad fall and broke both bones in my ankle, at the emergency room they told me that I had to contact Bethany Medical and let Erin Ringley my provider to get the pain medication , then when I call they had told me that Erin said that I have enough pain medication and didn't need anything else, with that said I had been on Tramadol 50 mg for at least 4 years going to her she had put me on 100mg every time I tried to tell her it just was helping then she added oxycodone 5mg for a few months it seems like taking the edge off but after breaking my ankle and being in the worst pain in my life and her attitude was like im fine with what I had and going through excruciating pain

This place is a joke! The provider I had seems to be fake, very poor person skills, and on a power trip. The patient requested is blown off she didn’t talk with me and possibly find a happy medium. It was “ I will never prescribe that plain do to obvious reasons “ then she only prescribed a 5 day supply and a return appointment on Sunday. Well I have been going to a pain clinic for 2 yrs. I have never failed a drug test. I don’t have an income like she does. I’m on disability. I can’t afford unnecessary trips to anywhere. Very bad place to go for patients. If I didn’t know better she gets a kick back from Tylenol for prescribing it. Very disgusted!!!!! All the pain I’ve endured waiting to get some relief , MALPRACTICE!!!!!

I had to reschedule my appointment cause It had snowed and I couldn't get my car out of my driveway. Ive ran out of meds and asked for a refill the personnel sent a bridge request to my provider and my providers response was NO! I ask what should I do for pain since I have 10 days till my appointment I was told my provider left early today and they couldn't give me any medical advice!!

During my visit today, I nearly collapsed in the hallway. An employee walked in through the front door, looked me straight in the eye, then LEFT me collapsing against the elevator. I was trying to speak to her, to ask for help, but was unable to speak. Still, we made eye contact and then, she opened the door to the stairway and walked in without a second glance! When I got upstairs, I saw this same employee walk into an office. Again, she looked towards me and then...shut her door. UNBELIEVABLE. I asked who this was. I was told she was a regional manager...
