Bethany center has great physical and occupational therapy , I've been there twice and was well taken care of, plenty of food to eat great nurses and helpers. They even replaced a piece clothes, short pants that I had been misplaced in the laundry... Thank you Bethany Center and Staff for a great stay...

Wholly disorganized, mediocre care at best. Dealing with insurance was a complete nightmare, and we heard something different from every single person we spoke to. They even tried to force us to discharge him early or switch to private pay due to a complete breakdown of communication and lack of competence. Brain injury patient suffered over a dozen falls in their care and developed a UTI that went untreated for weeks. While certain staff members were compassionate and tried to be helpful, our experience was terrible overall and made an already stressful time much, much worse.

Did not like the fact the Speech therapist thought my brother had an issue with his throat,tried to explain it was due to an accident when he was younger.He had just left the hospital so if there was an issue Im sure they would have informed them.Only feed him puree food for 2wks. which he wouldnt eat.Then choped.He was130 lbs and is 6ft3inches tall.Physical Therapist was an Awesome Guy!!!!Nice clean place.

First, the good... nurse Kevin was amazing. He and some CNAs were very supportive and professional. The food started out good. My first night i thought it was soul food and was very happy. Activities happen often during the week, and include several church/Bible study/devotional times. A CNA was told i had been denied a shower over a week and she took time to demat my hair and braid it because i couldnt rause my arms to do it myself. She was an angel. Now the negative: first a nurse gave me my roommate's medication. When i asked, she stated she gave me tramadol just like i "always take"... but i told her i cannot take tramadol because it triggers my seizures and i was on percocet. She left the room and later denied accountability by saying it was percocet but was just shaped differently.

Absolute worst. If you love whoever youre helping, find somewhere else. Negligence, lack of communication, and bullying are what you should expect when you interact with them. Dealing with insurance is a nightmare and they try to force private pay instead communicating what is required for insurance.
