There is not a current review on this website. I love WFP. Dr. Jones is my pcp. A month ago, I fell on an icy area and hit my head pretty hard. The office was extremely professional and got me in right away to see Dr. Geller. She was concerned and ordered the necessary test, called a few times to check in on me. Empathy, kindness, professionalism is what WFP is all about!

I had called a few places today and a lot of them weren't accepting new patient, my insurance, and had horrible attitudes. When i called Winchester family physician. Marianne was the absolute best. Her positive and cheery attitude put me in a good mood and gave me hope.I needed to get a pcp and she instantly new that they just started taking my insurance. When she started listing off, I knew i could trust her and told her to pick who i should see. She explained why one specific Doctor and i agreed. She did warn me the in person appointment could be a while. But she found me a slot not to far from now. And was able to set up a facetime call for me the next day. Thank you Marianne you made this process so easy and a pleasure.

I wished I can say anything nice about this place. However, I cannot. When we first called to schedule, they didn’t have any availability until one year later. And when the time finally approached, they called to cancel/reschedule for much later time. My husband and I have appointments at different days and they called to cancel my husband’s appointment first, and then a month later, mine. After waiting for more than half a year. In addition, when the person called, she said [I cannot pronounce your first name, so I will just call your last name] I am not sure what is the purpose of stating this. Maybe if I have a American first name, they will not cancel our appointment?

I have been going here for years. I have experienced most of what the reviewers here have posted at some point (both good and bad). I wanted to post a more recent review as I went for a last minute visit yesterday. The woman that helped me on the phone was very nice and polite. She had the same manner when I got there. Literally everyone I interacted with was great. So on that particular visit, no issues at all. It seems that they may have read some of these complaints and tried to address them. Not sure, but it seems much better now. I'll change this to 5 stars if they keep it up or revise the post later if it gets worse.

While I have never had a serious matter to be treated,I have always been satisfied with my visits. Over the past 9 years I have been seen here, the office staff has always been polite and friendly. Dr. MIner has never made me feel rushed or my issues insignificant. On the rare times I've asked to be seen the same day of my call, it hasn't been a problem. Never a long wait time either.
