Today, my newly first time pregnant sister, called to make an appointment with her doctor and find out what steps she needed to take. A nurse called her back and told her that since she was only 5 weeks along that ‘she is barely pregnant’ and that it is likely she will lose the baby anytime between now and three months so no one would even bother to see her until then. WHAT THE HELL IS THAT? Horrible horrible way to treat and talk to someone who is going through pregnancy for the first time. And also NOT TRUE. Disgusted by the lack of empathy and compassion.

I can't speak to urgent situations, but all my needs are met as well as can be reasonably expected at this practice. Meghan Heald is awesome! ✌️

I don't understand or agree with the negative reviews herein. which may be somewhat explained by being outdated (1-4 years old). I have found the administrative and medical staff to be attentive, responsive, courteous and well qualified. We are fortunate to have their service in our community.

I had to call today to reschedule my daughter’s appointment for her 9 month well check. I called twice and was put on hold for extended periods of time, and then once the phone began to ring on their end, it just rang into infinity with nobody picking up. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. If it was not the only primary care in amesbury, I would not go here myself.

I think they are great! We get our physicals done here and they are wonderful. I like how they are straightforward and to the point. I'm thinking about making them my PCP, we'll see.
