Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital - Plymouth

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had an absolutely outstanding experience at Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital in Plymouth. From start to finish, everything exceeded my expectations. The facility itself was easy to get to, with convenient parking and a clean, welcoming environment that immediately put me at ease. You can tell right away that this hospital takes pride in how it operates. The staff was amazing — every single person I interacted with was friendly, professional, and genuinely caring. You don’t always find that level of kindness and attentiveness in healthcare, but it’s clear that the team here truly loves what they do. I especially want to recognize the nurses, who were hands-down the best I’ve ever dealt with. They were attentive, patient, and always took the time to explain what was happening an

We just had our baby boy here. I have to say everyone was AMAZING. All the doctors and nurses made my husband and I feel so comfortable. I had a C-section and it is a big/long recovery. Everyone treated my baby and I with so much care. We stayed all 5 days and used all the resources that were provided to us. We felt so comfortable to go home with our newborn. Thank you to all of the staff who were there for us! You all were outstanding!

Most disgusting ER I’ve ever stepped foot in. You can tell how understaffed this hospital is with the lack of cleanliness. Nurses in the ER care more about having personal conversations with peers than giving extra attention to sick patients. Maybe an extra warm blanket, some water, close the curtain so people can have more privacy and be comfortable while they wait. This place should be embarrassed, the other BID hospital doesn’t lack this badly.

My son was seen at this hospital in July and we had a very poor experience with their billing and administrative communication. At the time of the visit, my son was covered under CHAMPVA medical insurance. His coverage had been backdated, so he did not yet have an ID card. CHAMPVA advised us that this was not an issue and that the hospital could still bill them and payment would be processed once his enrollment was finalized. The hospital accepted him for care with no concerns. The visit itself resulted only in a referral to Boston Children’s Hospital. Afterward, we began receiving bills in the mail. I called the billing department to explain the insurance situation again and was told there would be no problem and that I would be contacted if anything further was needed. I never received

My son had a planned surgery today in the PACU and everyone was so wonderful. From registration, to the nurses, of course in the surgery team. Everyone was kind patient and compassionate. So happy we moved to town and have this gem right in our backyard.
