BestMed Urgent & Primary Care - Junction City

I went to BestMed Urgent Care in Junction City. The check in process was easy using the kiosk and my phone. All staff members I saw were very pleasant, professional and caring. Abby did my exam. She takes the time to listen to your concerns. The exam was thorough & followed up with X-rays to verify her diagnosis. The care and treatment I received was very good. Follow up instructions were provided and I’m feeling better already. I won’t hesitate to recommend this care center to family and friends.

We were so impressed with how nice everyone was to our auntie who has dementia. Everyone was so kind and gentle with her that meant the world to us! We are so happy to finally find a medical team that actually cares about her! THANK YOU!

Dr. Abby is incredibly kind and compassionate. She truly takes the time to make sure you feel safe and comfortable, meeting you exactly where you are. I became jumpy during my visit, and she immediately stopped, checked in, and made sure I was okay before continuing. That level of care meant more to me than words can say. She has a steady hand and a beautiful bedside manner. If you’re looking for a provider who genuinely cares about her patients, Dr. Abby is absolutely someone I would recommend.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They even went the extra mile to see if any nearby pharmacies were open on a Sunday evening. The doctor and medical assistant were both warm and friendly and very professional.

Despite making an appointment, I was still placed behind the people who were in the waiting area when I arrived. I waited about an hour beyond my appointed time to be led to a room where an assistant took my information and my vitals. She informed me that someone would be with me SOON. SOON was a good half hour. PA Eric was the someone who eventually showed up. I understand that an urgent care is busy, causing the long wait. In the end, Eric was worth the wait. He was extremely thorough in his explanations; he listened to my concerns; and, he recommended a course of action to control my diabetes. I would not hesitate to return to Best Med in Junction City.
