BestMed Urgent Care - Roseburg

I was informed it would be a little bit of a wait, because they had an emergency and there were 2 patients ahead of me. The staff was very friendly and kept me informed of my wait. It seemed to go pretty fast. I was offered a telehealth session to speed things up, but I declined as I wanted someone to listen to my lungs. I was able to complete all the paperwork online before I went in. Very pleasant visit, even though I didn't feel good. I highly recommend this Urgent Care!

I had a really positive experience at this urgent care. Betty, the NP, was very thorough and took the time to listen and explain everything clearly. I never felt rushed, and she made sure all my concerns were addressed. The entire staff was kind, helpful, and welcoming from start to finish. It made a stressful situation so much easier. I’m very grateful for the care I received.

I feel absolutely disgusted with the service I received, or should say the lack of service from this urgent care. This has been my go to urgent care for years, but after my visit earlier this year I will not be returning. I went in for a UTI, waited two hours in the lobby with an additional hour plus after being roomed, just to be told the urinalysis did not show for UTI. I understand that due to my water intake it gave a false negative. However, after asking about what I was experiencing (and explaining clearly my symptoms and history with UTI’s) I was told I would have to wait for two days until the lab work could come back to move forward accordingly. The provider assured me she would call first thing when receiving my results, and encouraged to go to the store and get vagisil and Azose

Best Med Urgent Care in Roseburg was great! From the receptionist - nurse - doctor, they were all great and helpful. It was my first time to this urgent care. The receptionist assisted me through their new computer log in with kindness and were very helpful. She also was able to help find the only pharmacy open on New Year's Day. The nurse checked me in was really nice. The doctor was very knowledgeable and kind as well. The whole experience was great. I highly recommend them. 👌

My toddler decided to test his balance skills, unsuccessfully, & we ended up visiting to have the obtained bump on his head looked at. Everyone, the Receptionist, MA, & Nurse were wonderful! The care & help they gave was deeply appreciated!
