BestMed Urgent Care - Medford

I like to avoid hospitals at all cost so going to an urgent care is what I prefer if any. My wife happened to injure herself and we went there just to get it checked out. Terry was great. Reminds me of an old school doctor that knows his stuff. He was able to feel around and tell us what she did to her leg. She ended up slightly tearing her patella ligament. He said to do rest, ice, compression, and elevate her leg. They gave her a sleeve to wear. He ordered X-rays and that was cool to be able to be in the room. Stephanie, who was the head nurse, was awesome, joyful, and energetic. Definitely helped lighten up the room. Chaz is at the front desk and he was great to talk to whole we waited to be seen. PA Ragna has been absolutely amazing both times I've had to visit this urgent care. First time was for my son, and this second time was for myself. She has been attentive, kind, and very informative each time we have seen her. Each time we have been, there has been little to no wait time and the facility is clean and has a very relaxed environment. I just love all of the staff there and appreciate them so much. I highly reccomend this urgent care and will continue going here any time I need to take myself or my kids to an urgent care. If I could give this place ten stars I would!

I usually go to urgent care, but was unhappy with how I was treated so I noticed the new best med had opened so I gave it a shot. The front desk was very helpful, kind and professional. The wait was not long maybe 30 minutes. The Dr. Was nice and he actually listened. And as I requested, he agreed on an x ray of my lungs. I had walking pneumonia. And he set a treatment plan. It was a good choice to go there.. I highly recomend

I recently took my daughter to this urgent care. The medical care itself was fine. The provider was kind and we felt appropriately treated. Unfortunately, the billing process has been an absolute nightmare. They outsource all of their billing, and shortly after the visit I received a text message stating they were going to charge the full amount of the visit to the card I provided at check-in, regardless of insurance. There was no explanation of what insurance covered or whether a claim had even been processed. When I called the clinic for clarification, they told me they do not handle billing and gave me another number to call. That number is fully automated and ultimately tells you to contact your insurance company. I have never had a clinic tell me to sort out their billing with my i

We had an excellent experience at this urgent care. The MAs, Stephanie and Lauren, were incredibly compassionate, attentive, and made us feel truly cared for. Ragna, the provider, was thoughtful, thorough, and took the time to listen and explain everything clearly. We would absolutely recommend this urgent care and return again if we or family members need care.
