BestMed Urgent Care - Hermiston

The time on line filling out the paperwork was a breeze and time saving for when I did get to Urgent Care all I had to do was wait maybe 10 mins. Ever vist is different but I felt like for my own experience it was very efficient and all the people including the receptionist, nurse and Dr. We're all so kind and understanding very friendly helpful and offering me a snack with water and a juice was very nice. I'd go see this urgent Care again. Thank you all that helped me Tasha L.

I brought my 11 month old granddaughter to the clinic, and she is usually terrified of doctor visits. Nurse Sonia was incredible so caring and loving that my granddaughter didn’t even want to leave. Nurse Sonia is officially her new best friend! Thank you, BestMed. We will definitely return if needed.

When we walked in we were kindly greeted and made sure we knew how to check in. Which was super easy and quick. Ema was the one that got my daughter checked in. She was friendly and kind to my daughter even complimenting her nails. Which made her comfortable and got her to talk to the nurse. The environment was clean and calm, the staff was friendly yet professional. I will definitely be returning next time we need medical care.

Emma was very kind, efficient, and helpful during our visit. We were in and out in a short amount of time and got great care. The doctor was great with my daughter, she listened to her and was patient as she spoke with her.
