Nicest people! From the front desk, to the nurses, to the doctor. I’m still stunned about how attentive they each were. The best care I honestly think I have ever gotten. They genuinely care which I feel like I don’t see too much in medical facilities. Felt like I was at home with my mom taking care of me :’) 10/10

The staff here was really friendly and went above and beyond to help! The secretary at the front desk was extremely kind to both me and the family coming through. All of the nurses, doctors, and students in the office took extra time to not only get me what I needed, but made sure to really listen to everything I was experiencing :)

Nurse practitioner Rachel handled stitching up my finger amazingly! She was very Caring and encouraging! Praise Jesus! I am very grateful for the care received at this urgent care.

I came in to urgent care to get a cover text and the check on system was so nice!!! Easy to follow. I have compromised vision and didn't have my glasses nut everything was easy enough for me to read. They were busy with several things going on but so friendly and over all the visit went as quickly as it could have, and everyone was professional and thorough.

Everyone was kind and helpful. Receptionist was very thoughtful. A little frustrating to book an appointment for 11:00, finally get called in at 11:50 for vitals, and seen by a PA at 12:15. I don’t really understand the point of an appointment if you don’t get access to the PA until an hour and 15 minutes after your scheduled appointment time. Clarity of expectations when booking an appointment would have been appreciated. All in all we did get what we needed and appreciate the care.
