BestMed Urgent Care - Albany

I’m always nervous going to a new place for care. I filled out all my paperwork online before showing up because I don’t like sitting in places any longer than I have to. I walked in it wasn’t crowded I got checked in quickly only waited a few minutes. The nurse took me back got my preliminary’s out of the way she was great. I tend to get anxious at medical facilities. The doctor came in shortly after she listened to my incident details asked lots of questions and did a thorough examination and diagnosis. And I was on my way great place. I would go back for sure.

Dr Jon is great! Even though they couldn't tell me exactly what was going on they contacted a specialist that's able to get me in same day! Quickest medical care I've ever received. I highly recommend him and appreciate how thorough he was. He took time to talk to me during the visit. If I could have him as a primary physician I would in a heartbeat! Thank you Dr Jon!

I absolutely love this place. It was my first time there and the staff and my nurse practitioner was absolutely amazing. I have been suffering with a cough for over a month and sore throat for 2 weeks. My Dr's didnt slow it down but as it stands right now I havent coughed hardly at all and finally have relief from a constant sore throat. I will definitely go back here. I also recommend everyone to go here. You wont be sorry you did. They truly made me feel like they care.

Literally the nicest staff at an urgent care I have ever met. My 2 year old was very well taken care of for her yucky wheezy cough. I was so thankful I was able to get an appt so quickly. They were wonderful with keeping my 2 year old busy with snacks during her appt. I don’t think I will ever go to a different urgent care ever again

I had an outstanding visit at this clinic. Despite feeling like crud, I felt well cared for. I was offered a water or juice while checking in which was quick. The staff got me into a patient room within minutes of checking-in. I was well cared for, listen to and got a quick diagnosis. Jessie cared for me for me today - she was sympathetic, knowledgeable and made me feel like she truly cared. This is my new go to spot when I need health care & can't get in to see my PCP.
