I asked how much money it would be with my insurance and the doctor straight up told me it would be free. It would be free for an ultrasound too. I paid $55 for my copay and my insurance said it was out of net work so I now have to pay $270 on top of my $55. I know it’s my responsibility to know what’s out of network or not but I only returned the second time bc the doctor told me it would be free. A doctor shouldn’t be saying it would be free if they did not fully know I would be covered. I can only imagine what the ultrasound would’ve cost if I actually went through with the ultrasound…she also only prescribed me 2 months of meds when my next check up is 3 months from now. What will I do without meds for a month? Come back and pay more money? Not sure why someone else with a more serious

When I first came to this Dr I got extreme valuable care Dr was very knowledgeable and efficient check everything not like others Dr offices where they don’t care because of your insurance. If your looking for an amazing primary or urgent care check out this Dr office from Ultrasound in house X-ray in house amazing staff very sweet and respectful also the lab in house she was great so if anyone needs amazing care they take all insurance Medicaid Medicare and you will be treated as equal. No racism here all mix every kind are patients including the staff.

Got there with my son right when they opened. We was the first one to be seen. Got my son vitals weight height and all that. When we were done and had to wait for the doctor they told us the doctor will be with us in a minute she went to drop her kids off at school. Didn’t bother me none, I understand being a single parent. But it took over a hour! For her to see us! And when she got to us. She rushed. I mean rushed! Didn’t even tell me what’s wrong with my son. And just prescribed us medication. I didn’t give my son any medication she gave us because I just dont trust her. DO NOT GO!
