Best Hearing Care Today - Lake Mary

PROS: I was able to make an appointment with ease. The staff is friendly and ready to assist. All procedures and services were explained. IMPROVEMENT NEEDED: The front door drags a lot and doesn't close with ease. While waiting in the lobby, I could hear the patient and staff discussing their treatment and care. Due to Hippa laws, this made me uneasy when it was time for my appointment. COMPETING SOUNDS: During my appointment I could easily hear Angel making and confirming appointments (again Hippa concerns-with names, phone numbers and email addresses) clearly, which made it somewhat difficult to hear and understand my technician. The reception area could benefit greatly by having a door.

I love the expertise these ladies have on hearing loss. I’m looking forward, with their help, to hearing clearly again. They answered every question with clarity and expertise. A very good experience. I’ve ordered my hearing aids and can’t wait to experience a hearing world again.

Awesome. I wish all hearing services were like this. I was here on vacation and they made time for me on a Sunday to repair my hearing aids. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Both the receptionist and the hearing aid specialist were outstanding. Highly recommended.
