Best Friends Animal Hospital & Pet Resources

This is a hard review to write, but Best Friends Animal Hospital’s staff deserves recognition for going above and beyond for me and my baby, Huxley. I brought my cat in for what I thought would be an annual visit but soon became a more serious matter. I had noticed a significant increase in her urine output and after she was weighed it was discovered that she had lost 3 lbs. fairly quickly. At this point it was no longer a visit for vaccinations but for acute care. Originally the vet was going to run some bloodwork to be sent off to a lab to check for multiple illnesses but the vet technician quickly realized my main concern was that she was in grave danger from a possible diabetes diagnosis. That’s when the technician suggested doing a quick stick test to check my cat’s blood sugar level

I love Best Friends and the staff of caring, knowledgable healthcare workers. I have had two small dogs taken care of there. The vets like Dr Deni are fantastic and the customer Care is great, from Madison to many others. Bella is so friendly ad a competent technician! I highly recommend it here!

I have been bringing my cats to Best Friends for many years. I have always found everyone here very caring and compassionate, both to my kitties and me. The staff & Vets are so professional and very supportive as I've had to put 3 of my kitties down in the past 2 years. I can't say enough good things about the care my babies receive here. Thank you so much 💓!

Wonderful, caring, and knowledgeable, I can't recommend them enough.

The amount of money charged to see and treat a pet, and then when that pet is put on medication that it needs to survive you get ignored when you call and ask for a refil to be sent. My husband called September 9th asking for medication to be refilled bc he had accidently spilled it. Yes we are aware that is OUR fault, but we pay for the medication so what difference does that make? He left a vm, but no medication was called out no return phone call NOTHING. I then called on October 1st asking for the medication to be filled bc now we were completely out! The lady I spoke to confirmed that they had infact recieved my husbands voicemail on Sept. 9th and assured me she would get a message over to the dr to get my animals medication refilled. She told me it would take 3 days.. I dnt understan
