I was honestly very nervous about the IV, but Pablo, the office manager also IV technician, made the entire process so comfortable and stress-free. From the moment I walked in, his personality immediately put me at ease. He has such incredible bedside manner and truly knows how to calm your nerves. SKETCHY!!! I bought a $99 Laser procedure off of a Facebook ad. When I followed Google Maps directions to get there, it was in the abandoned old Lake Square Mall. They've now turned it into a strip mall. Well, when I called them to ask for better directions, she told me they were next to the AMC Theater on the back side of the mall. When I drove around back, it looked like, and probably was, an old employee entrance. The parking lot it FULL OF POTHOLES too! Anyways, after parking there, I COULDN'T FIND AN ENTRANCE DOOR ANYWHERE IN SIGHT!!!! I had to call back once again & ask how to get in!!!!! By now I'm EXTREMELY ANNOYED!!! She asks me if I see the "blue picket fence". I said I did & she says to walk to the right of it & there's 2 doors & I can enter through either. Apparently NOT, becau
