⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Thank you best care dental, they took amazing care of my parents when we went here for their cleanings. My mom has Alzheimer’s and they were very gentle and patient with her throughout the whole appointment. The staff was friendly and professional. If you are looking for a good dentist in the 805 I highly recommend Best Care Dental!

Terrible experience. When I got there and was taken to a room they didn’t even know If I was the correct person. The girl asked me for my info and went to tell the Dr. so she then had to take me to a different room. That is when the Dr followed me and gave me the anesthetic. She then left for a whole hour before coming back wanting to start the procedure (at that point I didn’t feel any numbness). I told her and she apologized and gave me more. Then when they took the X-rays one girl covered me with the lead vest like they usually do but the second girl who took another X-ray did not cover me. Until she did the last X-ray and tried playing it off by saying “we were testing something”. This dental office needs to be more careful with their patients.

Always a great experience. From the front desk, to the rest of the staff, everyone is always so pleasant. Dr. Yoon is quick and efficient.

The front girls are great they are very sweet and professional. Doctor and assistants were great as well did an amazing job on my teeth and answered all my questions thoroughly at my visit! I plan on getting braces with them very soon
