Best Bite Dental

Very unprofessional. Needed to reschedule NOT cancel my appointment 1 hour before due an urgent matter, attempted to text and then call and received no answer. Whomever the office desk person is would not even let me get a word in as to why my appt needed to be rescheduled, he explained that with being a new patient he would not be able to reschedule my appointment because I did not call within 24 hours. He stated that (most) dentist offices have the same cancellation policy and I should have known to reschedule 24 hours in advance. This is untrue, every office has its own policy and because this person did not explain the cancellation policy before I tried to reschedule, I had no idea of it. I have been with best bite for a few years and I can say it has been worth it. They have been very kind and professional and my teeth have never felt better. My daughter is looking forward to getting braces and we plan on visiting Best Bite. John Delisle

I've been going to Dr. Nguyen for about 7 years now for general cleaning checkups and for braces, and it's always been one of the best dentist experiences. The staff are friendly, the work is amazing and has great results (the braces definitely are worth the pain and price), and scheduling has never been an issue. Definitely would recommend Best Bite Dental if you're looking for a dentist in Vegas.

I’ve had plenty of bad experiences at dentist, but this place has completely changed my outlook!! My first visit here was during the middle of the pandemic when everything was closed. I had the worst tooth pain imaginable, called several dentist and no one would see me. I got a callback same day from here, and they saw me and fixed me up within a few hours. Not too mention, they’re a lot more affordable than other dentists. I just sent my husband here and he also had a great experience. I would recommend this place to anyone!!

I began the process of having my teeth removed so I could get dentures. That went very well. Once I received my dentures I started to experience discomfort and the denture’s wouldn’t stay in. Dr Nguyen said that it was a process and I needed to get used to them. Needless to say I’ve never been able to get used to them. I got a second opinion and was told the dentures were made wrong. Dr Nguyen didn’t agree and has never made it right. I now have no teeth and no way of getting them because of the cost. All I want is the dentures that I paid for, nothing else. I don’t think I’m asking too much, Dr Nguyen doesn’t seem to care
