The office staff are extremely customer focused and a real pleasure to deal with. Dr. B. She is extremely compassionate, detailed & very knowledgeable. Her detailed explanations around the treatment I was undergoing made feel relaxed & very confident in her dental skills. I would highly recommend Dr. B’s practice if your looking for a very professional dental office & a highly skilled Dentist.

Dr. B and her entire staff are truly phenomenal. I highly recommend her practice. Dr. B is incredibly kind and takes the time to explain everything in clear detail, which immediately puts you at ease. She is honest and ethical, never recommending work that isn’t truly needed. What a wonderful experience we recently experienced at Berwyn Family Dentistry, from the first professional encounter with the front desk receptionist and office manager Tammy, then to the very cordial dental assistant Jenae and finally to the very capable, talented and thorough doctor/dentist Dr. Balasubramanian also known as Dr. B. It was so comforting being treated by such a compassionate and knowledgeable dentist who is obviously so well trained in her field and someone who immediately put us to ease with her ability to talk us through a procedure with such comprehensive detail, leaving nothing to our imagination. We just recently moved to the area, we are very glad we found Dr. B. She is meticulous and thourough. I’ve had my teeth cleaned and fillings on cavities, she has done a great job and I am very happy with the result. The service staff is also great, not a place you should say it’s pleasant to visit, but the make it so!

I had my first appointment at Berwyn Family Dentistry and am very impressed . Everyone was so welcoming and Dr.B thoroughly explained as she reviewed my x-rays. The nurse assistant, Janae, was very careful while taking the X-rays to make sure it was not too uncomfortable . As an anxious patient I really appreciated the thoughtful approach. Great practice!
