Bernie’s I’ve only used a few times but they will be my number one choice with the way they treat me and speak to my wife and I over the phone. Excellent customer service.

The service was amazing it was fast. It was a little tricky to figure out where it was but you go into the main door take the elevator and go to the second floor and then make an immediate right, you can’t miss it. I waited maybe four minutes in line which is amazing compared to other pharmacies. This was the only pharmacy that we could get this prescription filled out because it had to be made special. This is our second time coming here I would recommend anybody that needed to to come here I drove all the way from the valley

Put a refill order in on 11/7 and was told it would ship out in a couple days. On 11/14 I still had not got it so called again and was then told insurance didn’t go through. So they just ignored it and didn’t communicate with me about it…. Number needed updated and I did that on the phone, they said it was ordered and should arrive Monday 11/17. I called today (11/17) and was told it didn’t ship still and wasn’t even made…. So now I have to drive over an hour to pick up in person bc my very medically fragile infant son who depends on their specially compounded medication needs it. Unfortunately this is our only option for this special compounding. SO FRUSTRATING. This is our first refill and needs refilled bi weekly, this is absolutely absurd and I hate that we have to deal with it as long

Their staff is fantastic. Always friendly and ready to answer my questions on my medications. I recommend this pharmacy to patients who are looking for a great pharmacy.

My prescription was sent to the wrong village and when I called about the tracking number to figure out what was going on, I was met with attitude like I was fishing for drugs (cause apparently I enjoy snorting my high blood pressure/ cholesterol pills). Nothing like getting told off by a pharmacy I relied on. They sent my prescription to Koyuk, Alaska instead of Koyukuk, Alaska. Even though everything was confirmed that I was in Koyukuk. The usps box was obviously sent back because I don’t live in Koyuk. The box went back to Anchorage. Then this pharmacy had the audacity to charge me shipping again for their mistake. Please don’t use this pharmacy if you live in bush Alaska. They have no idea what they are doing and will screw you over in the process. I’m literally off of my medication b
