Dr Han is the best!! I had a follow up appointment that I arrived early to and was in and out in less than ten minutes from my scheduled appointment time. My visits are quick but still full of so much useful information on my condition. We adjusted my treatment plan within this time and I felt comfortable with the changes as well as listened to about my experience with the previous meds. Something I really respect about Dr Han is she didn’t invalidate or question my feelings about the medications when I felt like they weren’t a good fit. She just followed up with a new plan and made sure that I’m comfortable with it. My skin condition is a huge bummer and can make me feel pretty depressed when dealing with it, however every time I’ve left an appointment here I genuinely feel more confident

Dr. Elizabeth Vierra is very rude to her staff and doesn't appreciate them. Is very condescending to people who are there to make her job easier. It's hard to even watch that as a patient. I'd rather give my money to a place that appreciates their employees. If that is how she treats people who do things for her, I don't want her treatment as a patient who can do nothing for her.

Dr. London was kind and professional. It was quick, easy and I didn’t feel a thing. I was worried the procedure might be expensive as it was cosmetic so my insurance didn’t cover it, but I was pleasantly surprised how inexpensive it was.
