After many years with the same eye doctor who unfortunately closed down, i booked an appointment with Dr. Carlos. Great appointment, she is informative, through and explains your particlat case in detail. This is a well equipped eye practice and all the folks working there were helpful and super friendly. Also, the appointment ran on time which i always appreciate when it comes to doctors.

By far, this was the most thorough eye examination I have ever experienced! Even though I was the last appointment for the day, I didn’t feel rushed. All my questions were answered, and I felt I could make an informed decision with the type of glasses I would need. The office staff set the tone when I arrived by being very pleasant and helpful with the paperwork process, and the preliminary examination. Being that I was trying to get an examination done before the new year, I drove 45 minutes to get to this location and I’m so glad I did. They even offered me the option of picking up my glasses at a location that was closer to me, but the experience was so pleasant that I told them I wouldn’t mind driving back out to Leesburg to pick them up. Such a great way to end the year!
