I had an excellent experience at my first appointment for an annual exam. From the front office personnel, the offices themselves & Esmeralda my NP, it was a very pleasant experience. Esmeralda made me feel very comfortable with a professional but very kind & informative demeanor. I would highly recommend the Berman practice.

I was referred by the VA Dermatology Referral program. After giving Berman my contact information I was barraged with Emails and texts nearly every day. I checked their reviews and found many 1 ratings. When I checked in they gave me many sheets to fill out asking for many things unrelated to Dermatology. They even asked for my full SS number! I refused many of the questions. I was seen by a PA not a doctor who told me they would send a report and come back in three weeks! I walked out and called back to cancel any further treatment.

I got a same-day appointment, I was willing to pay out-of-pocket, but last minute realize they accepted my new insurance! Casey NP was amazing!

Just glanced at my skin and started writing prescriptions. Very little communication about symptoms and effectiveness of home treatment prior to visit. Did not even look at or offer diagnosis of other issues.
