The front desk receptionist Alyssa was beyond sweet incredibly kind, and genuinely cared about making sure all my questions were answered without any hesitation. Her warmth made me feel welcome from the moment I called and came in with questions. I was so impressed with her kindness that I’ve already recommended this place to friends and family. She’s truly an asset to this business, and I’ll definitely be coming back!

I bought a old family friend into your practice Monday for a visit as we walked into the practice we were greeted by Kim. She was pleasant and entertaining to my old friend who said he has been coming to this practice for many years now and has never been treated with such kindness and compassion as he was that day. I asked her for her name because I personally wanted to say to her my sincere thanks for taking such good care of my elderly friend Thank you Miss Kim.

I was 7 minutes late for my appointment and they refused to see me. They said it would take a lot of time to check me in. Literally took 2 minutes. Wish I could give no stars.

Berkshire Podiatry Staff Steph-Mgr, Alyssa and Kim greeted me upon arrival. They were very helpful, professional and prompt with getting forms completed by Dr Kerry Casey for my Father, who is a patient of hers. I noticed that they worked well as a team.

I brought my grandmother in for an appointment with Dr. Krutsick and we could not have been happier with her experience. Dr. Krutsick is so pleasant & really took the time to make sure my grandmother was comfortable with her appointment. We cannot wait to come back for her next appointment!
