Dr Canner is great. The administration is terrible. They cannot get billing even close to right. They have tried to recharge me for bills that I have already paid 3 times in a span of 2 months. Just terrible management in the office/scheduling area.

Called to make an appointment as a new patient on 6/26/2025. The lady at the receptionist was about useless. I clearly stated that I am a new patient and was told which doctor do you want to see. I don't know the doctors at the office as I said I am a new patient. Then I am asked what is the issue I am having. I explained my issue with having shoulder blade pain on the left side. I was told if you need a shoulder replacement then you need to see this doctor if it is the neck you need to see this doctor instead. If I was a doctor and was able to diagnose myself I would not be calling. What ever happened to getting seen by a doctor to find out what the problem is and starting with some basics first. I ended up telling them forget it and I will find another Orthopedic doctor to see.

Is this place still open or did Canner retire? I called and left a VM on scheduling service and never got a call back. I’m a current patient wanted to get in for knee injury. May be time to find another orthopedic.

Called at 3:04 pm Thursday and the recording said they were closed.

Dr. Canner saw me for a knee injury and was excellent. He knows what he's doing and didn't need to send me to get an MRI to pinpoint my exact problem. I had no trouble scheduling an appointment and found the reception area to be pleasant overall. I would definitely recommend Dr. Canner.
