Dr. Bontempi removed my daughter's wisdom teeth before she left for USNA a couple years ago. His staff orchestrated appointments perfectly and Dr. B did an excellent job! He also did an implant on my husband ten years ago and it's still working perfectly. I'd highly recommend him to anyone.

Staff is warm, welcoming and efficient. I was seen at my appointment time! No delays - in and out - but never rushed. Dr. B called me personally a few hours after surgery to check in and to see if I had any concerns or questions. As pleasant an experience as an oral surgery can be. Highly recommend.

If you are in, or near, the City of Worcester this is one hell of a drive. Be sure to be wide awake before driving there. Easy to find; right at the Off Ramp.

Highly recommend Berkshire Facial Surgery. Their office staff was so compassionate with my elderly mother last year handling a tooth extraction. She is not a fan of any dental work, and they made sure she was comfortable and pain free. A follow-up phone call to check in on her, by Dr Bontempi himself, was quite a surprise and much appreciated. I just went for an evaluation to determine if an implant was the right procedure for me. Dr Bontempi once again was easy to talk with and clearly explained what would be involved. Very honest and upfront about what would be best for my particular needs. So glad we found this medical office. Thank you all!

Not only was Dr. Bontempi professional, and very thorough, his customer service and his staff’s were over the top! They make you feel special and cared about. It is obvious they are there to do what’s best for you, even if it means not doing a procedure you thought you needed. I never thought I would say it was refreshing to go to an oral surgeon, but they were just that! A heart felt thank you to all of you!!
