Berks Foot Specialists Pc

I was seen at this office 3 months ago. I have an upcoming appointment. The Dr was very knowledgeable, and gentle. The problem is that he took my brand new tennis shoes, and ripped the heel of the insole to put a heel insert to level my feet. The entire insole of the tennis shoes slowly kept ripping. I no longer am able to wear that shoe. I am poor. I used a credit card to buy those shoes. Now I have to go to a discount store to try to find a pair of tennis shoes. I'm wearing my old shoes until then. I'm not mad, because the doctor didn't mean it, and he was very kind. He had alot of foot knowledge. I think his staff doesn't care for any smalltalk, but its a doctors office. I have no need to complain except the loss of my shoes. Like I said, the Dr is highly knowledgeable on feet. 4 star

I was less than happy with my experience - first off, reception was less than welcoming when I arrived…it seemed like I was bothering her and secondly, the room I was placed in was disgustingly filthy - it looked & felt like it had NEVER been cleaned, the equipment was old & had either regular dust or nail dust all over it. When I was taken across the hall for my X-ray, the technician did not clean it prior to me stepping up on the machine nor did she wipe it down after I got off. I should have gone with my initial gut feeling and left when I was placed in that dirty, dingy room!
