Doctor and nurse are great. But lacklustre attitude at reception is what makes it an unpleasant experience. Have been here twice and had issues in both visits. (wrong name captures and confusions of appointment timings). Even the coworkers complain about the receptionist’s attitude.

I’ve been seeing this doctor for the better part of two decades and have nothing but good things to say about the staff and especially the doctor. Normally don’t write reviews but saw the previous poor review based on the receptionist. I’ve never encountered those problems and even if I did they wouldn’t be a priority at a doctors office.
