Bergen Pharmacy has friendly, caring staff & knowledgeable pharmacists. They assisted me in getting a medication that was beyond my ability to pay through a NJ State program. Without reservations, I highly recommend Bergen Pharmacy!!!

Love this pharmacy.... Attendance are fantastic and very empathetic and kind hearted....I suffer from major agoraphobia and a debilitating anxiety and panic disorder....and I had no one who was able to pick up my medication and I ended up venturing out on my own (a complete basket case)....sweat pouring off me and shaking like a leaf.... I couldn't go on any longer without my medication....My medication was filled when I got there and I needed desperately needed to take it I hadn't had it for a few days and I asked the clerk if I could please have water and they are only a pharmacy they do not sell other items so I just needed water and to have a seat for awhile until my medication was working and I could settle down and the beautiful person graciously gave me her bottle of water...I offer

Called to refill a script. Attendant was rude and hung up on me. Then proceeded to hang up on me.....what Great customer service.
