I’ve been with this practice for over 15 years!! It used to be an excellent practice! Unfortunately during the past few years, it has become a mediocre, at best, practice! Today was the straw that broke the camel’s back. I’ve been traveling abroad and came home yesterday. I started feeling sick a few days ago while on vacation, I’m coughing, have congestion, body aches, headache. I called this morning to make an appointment and explained my symptoms. They told me I could see a doctor at 2:45 pm. While making the appointment, I explained all my symptoms and explained I’ve been abroad. I was told to take a Covid test and if it’s negative I could go in and if it’s positive, a telehealth visit would be done. I recently visited Dr. Rosenzweig for a routine follow up appt. She is very professional and excellent in her field of podiatry. She explains things in an easy to understand manner and I feel very confident with her care.

We went to see Dr Sandeep Kour. She was uninterested and detached. No help whatsoever. Certainly not up to date on thyroid issues. Had to go see a specialist in NYC. Maybe she should spend more time on her “ specialty” and less time making TikToks!

Dr Deana Ness Is a great Rheumatologist. After having been in much pain for over two months, spinal stenosis causing pain and weakness where I had to rely on a walker when needing to go to two ER visits where Several imagings where done but neither was a diagnosis done nor offered remedies for my enduring pain. I would have saved me all the pain if I had just gone to her. Immediately she gave me a cortisone shot and a surge/fade prescription for prednisone. After two days I’m back on my feet. She is caring and thorough.

Very bad experience! After physical examination, they called once to discuss the results. If you missed the call, you will need to the front desk 100 times to talk to the doctor.
